“Except the convenience of the accessibility to the terminal, there are nothing to say good about this hotel specially for it's price. It's just a normal westin. However if you have a flight any other airlines except Delta, you should take a shuttle for the north terminal and the bus stop is right outside of the hotel but it takes a long way. It took almost 30 min. for us from the room to the UA check-in counter.”

“Upon arrival looking at the outside of the building, I was a little skeptical, because the outside of the building could use a little cosmetic lift. But once we got inside the building you can tell that this location has been remodeled and the rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was very good, and the free drinks at the manager’s reception were on point! We will definitely visit this location again if we’re ever in Detroit again.”

“Clean room, the staff was great, easy check in and the hotel was huge with very long hallways. It smelled amazing when you walked into the lobby but my room was on the second floor and I could smell that the carpets needs to be deep cleaned in the hallway because it irritated my asthma a little. That's the only negative thing besides the shower not having 2 doors and water drenched the floor. Another plus is that it was very quiet.”

“Close to the airport with shuttle service. If you drive there and need to park and fly, deal directly with the hotel. Third party bookings don't allow for Park and Fly. Lesson learned.
The hotel is located very close to the airport but we were not bothered by the flyovers.
The Front desk people were super nice and knowledgable. They helped with printing a boarding pass too.
The room was well equipped but dated. The carpeting needs a good cleaning.
The Breakfast bar was handy early...

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise.
