“Our family of 3 was travelling for our son's sports team and we joined late - we were unable to stay with the team but happened to find this gem and loved it! I cannot tell you how clean everything was - room, things in the room (remotes, light switches, carpet)....The hotel seemed a little outdated and I can honestly say, it was one of the most clean hotels we've every had the pleasure of staying at! “There were only two luggage carts which was not even close to being enough. I waited over 30 minutes for a cart and ended up making several trips to my car with an 8 year old because we had to transport our own luggage without a cart. Also, had to wait a half hour to make a waffle at breakfast. Not enough waffle makers or staff to keep the food containers filled. Staff was not helpful and seemed annoyed to answer questions. Will not use this hotel again.”
