“Great!”

“Xx”

“The coverlet on both beds were stained and filthy, there was a greasy black handprint mark on the bathroom wall, the draw glides were broken, so the draws were lopsided, there was a greasy residue on the nightstand, the bathroom door had been painted so many times that is was tough to close the door and lastly there were black grease spots on the wall next to the bed. When this was brought to the managers attention, he did nothing for us and didn’t really care. Poor management at its finest....

“Large rooms”

“Solid hotel, wish there was a coffee maker in the room but otherwise fine. Convenient location, generally clean and pleasant people.”

“Everything was great!”

“Property was very clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. Would definitely stay again.”

“Had issues with room. Management (Shari) was unhelpful & unsympathetic. Other staff members were very friendly, which was the only positive.”

“Don’t uber to Blacksburg on game day no one will want to pick it up on the way back unless they want to get out of town or if you schedule a pick up time”
