“Musty room. Very nice, clean but so musty triggered allergies and asthma in 1 hr”

“The staff was very accommodating and did whatever was needed for us to have a great stay. Unfortunately the room we requested, and I spoke to them personally on the phone, and was told no problem, was not available when we got there. The room they gave us was musty smelling, we walked in and right out. The next room was good, but not completely clean. There were long black hairs on the tub and kitchen counter. The kitchen counter was sticky. There were a couple of dead cockroaches in the closet....

“Residence in fantastic condition. Safe, clean , big rooms with all needs & confortable ( washing machine and drier included) when I'll have chance to be back in USA I'll stay there for sure ”

“Ampio appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort e con letti molto comodi. La struttura è ben tenuta e durante il nostro soggiorno il nostro appartamento al quinto piano è risultato anche silenzioso e confortevole. ”
