“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". “This property was lovely. The room was little older than I thought it would be, but nice. The Hanalei Bay was wonderful, everyone was very kind and accommodating there and location can not be beat! Had a few issues and called the prop company and the lady tried her best to help me. Only one caveat was the extra price you pay for fees (resort fee, check in fee etc) at Hanelai Bay Resort.
