“The room has no closet or other place to hang clothes. There is a lot of highway noise and the air conditioner unit is very loud. The breakfast is just a few things in plastic wrap, although they have a nice espresso machine. The staff could be a bit more friendly.”

“Room was clean and comfortable; bed was great. For this price point, however, I expected something better. There was no inviting common space, the hot tub was laughably small, the rooms have no view and deck is tiny and not very inviting.”

“We have stayed here many times over the years and have always appreciated how well maintained the property is. We stayed for four nights and had a great time enjoying the Tahoe area. Our only disappointments were that the air conditioning in one of the three bedrooms did not work, and the cable TV was out for our entire stay. While we certainly didn’t come to Tahoe to watch TV, when staying at a quality resort, it’s reasonable to expect that these amenities are functioning. The televisions were...
