Hotel a Ladysmith

“Our stay was decent overall. My only real complaints were the TV not working in our original room, which required us to change rooms, and later having our room key unexpectedly stop working. The staff was very apologetic throughout and even upgraded us to a suite, which we truly appreciated. The following day, after being out all day and returning with our hands full, our room key no longer worked. A staff member promptly came upstairs and provided us with a new set. Again, this wasn’t the fault...

“I unfortunately had to check out earlier due to heat related issues and only stayed 1 out of the 3 nights. Expedia tried to contact Tru to confirm and Tru did not answer.”

“This property is conveniently located, always clean and friendly staff. I stay at this hotel every time I am traveling to the area.”

“Room number 12 smells bad from cigarette smoke. There was no soap in the room. The walls were paper thin. Other than that it was a cheap motel that was okay to get enough sleep to keep driving again. No better than a 5/10 idk what these other reviews are talking about.”

“Staff very kind and considerate and helpful. Was worried due to the number of people there for a convention but the room was insulated well and it was very quiet.”

“Nasty filthy the pictures they use most be ai edited because it looks nothing like the pictures. So dirty and filthy I left. Would not advise staying there. Stay at the red roof inn next door nothing fancy but clean and friendly staff”

“Comfort Inn&Suites at Ashland Virginia, NORTH RICHMOND was the Excellent stay away from home. Great Understanding, Caring Staff those seen and unseen. There was an extra comfortable stay, all the Staff seemed to have gone the extra mild of the way without being asked, and I just want to "THANK YOU ALL EVERYONE 🙂💯".”

“I’ve travelled most of the united states and some in Canada,Europe. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in 55 years. Don’t go to this part of town even”
