“Everything was great except the swimming pool looks gross”

Lati negativi: 1) non c'era la colazione nonostante fosse nel pacchetto pagato. 2) macchina del caffè alla reception ma non funzionante 3) macchina del caffè in camera ma non davano più di due/quattro cialde x...

“We didn’t like anything. The breakfast was awful. There are birds living in the lobby and breakfast area. So there was bird poop on the dining room seats where we were trying to eat our breakfast. The room smelled like mildew and mold. We only stayed one of the nights and then we found a different hotel.”

“This is the second time this year that I stay in this hotel and the truth is that I like it more and more, its employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the business, very clean and with spacious rooms, it offers a pretty good and healthy breakfast. I will always recommend it. If you are a fan of Casinos this is the deal is real close to the WinStar.”

“We booked through Expedia for a last minute trip. Upon getting to the hotel, we were unable to access our room due to the door key pad dying. The personal onsite has to use the master physical key to open the door. He informed us if we left the room we would get locked out and would need to ask for assistance again. Once we finally got in, we noticed there was mold on the curtains hanging over the window unit. I made comment with the associate in the room. After he left, we inspected further and...

“Quiet, restful sleep. Amenities include a gas station nearby. There is a donut shop in the nearby town. Hotel is directly off the freeway--easy access.”

“I made my reservation online. Maybe a map of your property would be helpful online so I would have known the location of different rooms to choose from. Unfortunately, the folks next to us were extremely loud all evening. This obviously was not your fault, but the walls must be very thin. We would definitely return to your property in the future if we are in the area.”
