“Property is beat, tattered, busted, dirty, unkempt. Broken doors made getting to your room difficult, breakfast area was filthy, everything needs paint. TV did not work, could not be fixed, coffee was terrible. This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Steer clear”

“We wanted a budget-friendly place to stay in Mason that was clean, had cold A/C, and included breakfast, and this was exactly that!
The building could use some updates, and the gym was limited with a few machines not working. The common areas and elevator weren’t well air-conditioned.
However, our room was clean, and once we turned on the A/C, it was incredibly POWERFUL. Housekeeping refreshed towels, emptied trash, and restocked toiletries daily.

“This property was very clean. The beds were comfortable. I didn’t use any of the amenities. So I can’t really comment on those. However I could see the pool. And it was very clean looking as well. I was there just to sleep. Because I went to Kings Island and Strickers Grove.
My only improvement that I could wish for would have been concerning breakfast.

“Overall appearance is below average. This place could use maintenance virtually everywhere. The room wasn’t cleaned well and it showed, from the dirty food tray next to the microwave to the grime in the shower, to the white stains on the brown sofa, to the soiled carpet, the paint issues, green swimming pool water, and musty dirty smell in the room when you first enter the room.

“The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great both mornings we stayed. They kept everything clean and refilled with a good amount of options for everyone. The lounge area was nice and clean along with the room. The provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash was great! Some things starting to starting to show some age and wear, odd damp smell in the main floor hallway, but overall well maintained and I would choose to stay here again for another Kings Island visit.”
