“I had 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom had no rug, floor sticky and disgusting, temp couldnt be adjusted. Room smelled like someone was smoking, and it was musty. There was no.shower gel in the bathtub either. I requested assistance none was given.”

“The night front desk was polite. The morning person was NOT AT ALL. I had a meeting so my partner waited in the lobby from the 10am checkout until 11:15 when i got back. The front desk person told him he couldnt stay in the lobby and bad to leave evn though he turned in the key proving we stayed there. Also saw a bedbug in the room. ”

“Breakfast was probably the biggest disappointment of the stay. Same thing every morning and not much of a selection. Bagels were stale and it just wasn’t good. Room was kinda clean but for some reason all drains were not in and just laying next to the sink and in the tub. Staff was nice. Indoor pool was good. ”
