“I had paid in full for my room only to arrive to the hotel at 5:47 PM to be told “we oversold the rooms” and you do not have a room. I literally had driven 4 hours to be told “sorry” we gave your room to someone else. How can this be legal. FYI I have not been credited my room fee back as of a day later. Poor treatment, poor handling and completely unprofessional manager. I would avoid this location, frankly the entire chain if this is the way they treat clients.”

“There were bed bugs , my children got ate up and they wanted to offer another room. We all know if there is bugs and several different rooms are experiencing bites the bugs are going to be everywhere. Over all do not recommend.”

“The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Check-in was simple. After traveling all day, we were ready to check-in and have a delicious dinner before settling in for the night. The person at the front desk recommended a Mexican restaurant that was within walking distance, and it did not disappoint. The room was clean and breakfast was good. Convenient parking. Would stay there again. ”

“The floors, even though were mopped still left your socks and feet dirty. The coffee at the breakfast bar was almost undrinkable. The room cleaners were nice and courteous. Linda was especially nice and friendly. She did a great job cleaning the room. We bought trash bags to empty out the 2 small trash cans into on Wednesday and put it under the bathroom sink, when we left on Sunday morning, it was still there even though they had come into the room and put soap and tissues in there on Saturday....

“No Pool, was closed. Very Dirty. Place was run down. Staff could not find our reservation then said just check in as walk in's. We got charged a Cancellation Fee.”
