“The check in was very smooth and efficient! The room was very clean. Nice location that is close to all the shops and restaurants in Bayers Lake! My only concern is there was a lot of noise from teenagers screaming and running up and down the hallways after 10pm and no staff intervened to stop this.”

“The instructions for check in were accurate and easy to follow, however, in the instructions it said I could ask for a later check out and when I did, I did not get a response. The place was clean and comfortable. Lovely view of the lake. I was sad that the restaurant wasn't open while I was there. The breakfast was a delicious muffin with a granola bar, an apple and a rice crispy square. It was fine for me.”

“Whole stay was good. Cleanliness was not good, microwave in room was very dirty. Lot of construction was going on in the area which was making it bit messy with some dirt and paint spots visible in room carpet Although staff was very good”

“The hotel and accommodations were great, but a little dated. I recommend updating the TVs to smart TV for a more enjoyable experience.”

“The breakfast was good and the staff made sure everything was full and hot. Ample parking. Cleaning staff were so kind and going above and beyond. Front desk staff were not familiar with the area which was not helpful when trying to gind somewhere to eat.”

Non mi è piaciuto che il giorno prima mi hanno spedito email dicendo che se non telefonavo entro la giornata x dirgli il numero carta di credito non mi avrebbero tenuto la camera, invece su prenotazione c'era chiaramente scritto che avrei pagato al mio arrivo”
