“Restaurant would not take orders to go, said they were too busy, had to get in cars and find another alternative. Didn't appreciate a long drive and couldn't get food to eat while relaxing in room.”

“Parking was amazing, close to an entrance door, and many to choose from. Breakfast was very good, especially the biscuits and gravy as well as the pancakes! Lots of food and beverage choices, and fruit. Delicious! We we upgraded to a bigger and better room at no extra charge, which was above and beyond of what was expected. Staff were super friendly and rooms were clean and well stocked with towels, coffee and other amenities. We will definitely stay again. Great hospitality, Thank you! ”

“I didn’t realize I had stayed here before, but you can definitely tell the rooms have been upgraded—they felt fresh and comfortable. The Ridge Sierra also shares amenities with another nearby resort just a few minutes away, and there’s a convenient shuttle that can pick you up anytime. The indoor/outdoor pool was a lifesaver—it kept my kids entertained the whole time. They also offer activities for both kids and adults, which was a nice bonus. “Property hasn’t changed much since the buyout. Room was okay, nothing to get excited for. Paying for parking while you’re staying in the hotel is a little much. ”

“There was a construction in the lobby area and the work started 7am with a lot of noise. Resort fee was to be paid fully although the pool wasn’t in use and the mess with the construction was a nuisance. Parking fee was high. Food in one of the restaurants was pretty plain.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Margaritaville! We got 12 inches of snow while visiting and enjoyed every minute of it! The valet told my daughter he had sleds in the parking garage and when it started snowing he took us down and had us pick out a sled to use! He told us to keep it! We ended up passing the two sleds to someone with children when we were on our way out so it was perfect! Rooms were clean and staff was super helpful and friendly. ”
