“It’s the perfect hotel for an overnight stay. The staff are friendly and professional. Wish you didn’t have to call for the shuttle but it should pass like the other hotels every half hour. ”

“During my stay, I observed certain staff members on personal phone calls both at the front desk and outside the facility while no one was available to assist guests at the front desk. This created an unprofessional impression and made it difficult to receive assistance when needed. Additionally, upon checkout, I was informed that I owed a $40 balance for a room upgrade. I never requested, authorized, or agreed to any room upgrade, so I was surprised to see this charge added to my account.”

“It was wonderful. I really don’t think they should charge for parking but it seems like the thing everybody is doing now. It’s annoying, but I love the chain and how everything is usually very consistent.”

“This hotel is dated. The rooms were exterior entry and very dark and dingy looking. The bed was soft but sleepable. The one chair was stained. It would be much more appealing and comfortable with some basic cosmetic improvements. We were traveling and made a quick decision.”

“The room appeared clean but it had a strong moldy odor. You could smell it as soon as you got off the elevator. Carpet probably needed cleaning.”
