“Everything was just terrible, Expedia booked the wrong dates , they charged me for my money and no one seems to know how to fix it . The staff was no help . Will never stay here again , I stayed here every year for football games . Will not be back .”

“We ended up getting a second room when we checked in. The ac in that room was not working very well. I forgot to report it though. The property is very nice.”

“The company is pricing by judging u if u pay in person so they price guoge u They are overprice and they will find ways to steal or charge u Fraud is what they are known for will kick u out if u find the error so they keep u r money”

“It was fine for one night. Brand new hotel so there is still a little construction dust to clean up. Room was surprisingly noisy for a new build - you can hear cars outside and HVAC is kind of loud. No local tv channels (as of yet) so it appears that you need to log into apps on the tv. Did not see a way to use airplay from device. Breakfast was ok - yogurt was overly sweet and not too appealing as is extruded out of a machine”

“Staff really cares about the facilities and their guests. They offer a nice selection for a continental breakfast.”

“No big issues but was charged an extra $30 for having kids. Pool was freezing and no lights were on as it was getting dark. Walked by an hour later right before the pool closed and they were finally turned on. Next morning while eating breakfast the person running the front counter walked out the front door with a golf club and was gone for about 5-6 minutes before coming back with said golf club. Not really sure what that was about but it was enough that my family and another family gave...

“My son has gotten several bites on his body from an insect that caused red swollen spots on his skin, most likely the insect was in the hotel room specifically in his bed.”

“The rooms were really nice. The staff was super helpful. They could have used more assistance with guest bags to the rooms. The ghost tour was awesome. The food and drinks in the 3 Owl bar and restaurant were great! The pool area outside was super nice. The reason we went was for the SPA which was WORTH every penny!!!!! We even booked another session to the 2 we already had booked. Definitely would go back again. Wabash BBQ is literally down the street-Great Food! Not a lot to do outside the...
