Hotel a Natalbany

“Rooms were small and “sketchy” according to my kids. Good location for a stop on the way to Florida.”

“The rooms were clean and comfortable. The on site laundry was a plus. Downside is the amenities are very outdated and no breakfast is offered. Stayed 6 nights at the property.”

“Hotel was old. Carpets in hallways not vacuumed. Room smelled musty, water left in tub. Pool area not kept up. Staff friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good”

“The room i had was very clean and considering where I was placed very quite. Swimming pool was well maintained. The grounds around hotel were also well maintained. Staff very nice and very helpful. Will consider staying there again on my next trip to Hammond, La.”

“The bar was awesome for a quick drink, unfortunately the bartender closed an hour early because “not many customers “. That was unfortunate as there were several people interested. He said that he was told by management if there is not many customers then he can close at 10 pm instead of 11 pm.”

“Staff was hard to talk to. Heat & air did not work. TV did not work. Telephone did not work. Next to an overnight truck stop.”

“The Microtel Inn in Ponchatoula, LA, said that Expedia never paid them for my stay May 18th-19th due to a "glitch" and claimed to cancel my reservation then tried to get me to pay them directly, but it didn't show up in Expedia and somehow was modified to the 17th which I didn't book. So, it still charged me so I had to dispute it with bank. Nasty outside propery, sketchy clerks. Awful service and I don't think they were telling the truth at all, I think they were trying to get me to pay twice...

“This room had mold and a cockroach. Had not been cleaned there was mold around the front entrance. I have 4 pictures showing the issue. We want a refund. ”
