“My stay was disappointing. I had to wait until 4 PM to check in because my room wasn’t cleaned. The hotel seems to cater mostly to blue-collar workers, with many work trucks in the parking lot. One major issue is that rooms are only cleaned once a week, which was not disclosed when booking. This should be clearly stated so guests know ahead of time. The internet is very poor, especially if you need it for work, and the front desk said there was nothing they could do. Overall, the hotel did not...

“The room wasn't clean at all and had a horrible smell. I never even stayed here and asked for a refund as I was leaving and they said despite the fact that the room was so dirty. They even had an unclean hallway. The bathtub had brownish stains on it and the drawers in the dresser wouldn't close were wide open. The refrigerator was gross and was wide open when I walked in and had an awful smell to it. 0/10 experience.”

“Pro- Clean and updated rooms and bathrooms. Great staff. Con- Indoor pool was unheated and chilly. Whirlpool not operational although hot. Operating button missing, emergency button appears broken off and lack of use has the water looking less than inviting. The daily water checklists on the wall for sanitation levels was not clear if ever updated or measured daily. I didnt risk getting in.”

“The room and shared spaces were very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and well stocked. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They have a pool table and shuffleboard table in the lobby that my kids and I enjoyed playing. We absolutely will stay there again when we are back in the area. ”

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“I was very disappointed that the on-site restaurant was closed on my overnight stay. I expected it to be open so I could just check in and go upstairs to eat. The front desk said they were not enough people to staff the kitchen. That’s why it was closed. I wound up driving 10 minutes away for a mediocre meal. I have eaten at the Placery in other Hyatt and it was excellent, so I was disappointed that this one did not have an opened restaurant.”
