Hotel a Near West End

“The hotel and staff were great! Particularly liked Landi and Molly. The mini fridge in the room wasn't plugged in when we got there, but that is seriously the only thing that was slightly off. Great stay.”

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“overcrowded and loud music early in the morning in parking lot. In the 2 night stay , the toilet was backed up even after the maintenance came in the first night. Our key card to get in the room worked the first night but not the second night/ We had no remote in the room for the TV as well”

My main complaint was that there was an ongoing water main break from 2 days prior in the area and the hotel failed to inform me of this condition before I checked in so that I can make an informed decision of staying or finding lodging elsewhere. “It was truly awful, I'll just tell you what was good from booking-checkout, then attach the pictures I took and let you decide for yourself. 1. The booking process with Expedia couldn't have been any smoother and easy. I even made a mistake and forgot to change the guests name from the name on the payment info! “We had the same breakfast over the two days we stayed there. The parking is safe. The hotel is in a great location -walkable to many shops and restaurants. it is under construction. Our room felt very dated, but it was clean and quiet.”

“It was fine for a quick overnight stay. The room could have used some work and the fridge froze our water bottles overnight (not able to adjust temp), but the breakfast was good..not a full breakfast but make-your-own waffles, cold cereal, yogurt, bread and English muffins to toast, juice/coffee so it was fine. I also checked for bed bugs in the seams of the mattress and that was clear! so I’d recommend for a convenient overnight.”
