ApartHotel a Nono Distretto

“Nice property brand new. Great pool and pool area.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was close to the location where my events took place for the duration of my stay. The host had good communication, quick replies. My only thing was the leak in the fridge and I wish the ottoman was cleaner, otherwise it is a really great stay and I actually would love to stay here for my future Nola Trips, same unit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“My husband and I recently stayed at The California Building for our 24th wedding anniversary, and the entire experience was absolute perfection and unparalleled thanks to the incredible management and staff. Literally, from the very beginning, before we even booked, I called with questions and the team went out of their way to assist me every single time. They even called me back instead of putting me on hold at times. Amazing! Upon our arrival, they gladly held our luggage in the secure...

“Bellissima casa, vicinissima al centro, a pochissimi passi da Canal Street e da Bourbon Street. Splendida la casa con mattoni a vista. L’unica cosa negativa è la mancanza di un secondo bagno per il quale ci sarebbe spazio all’interno della casa.”

“We did enjoy our stay. The washer and dryer was a plus. Beds were soft. Living area clean. Coffee pot avaiable, so bring your own coffee. We would stay here again. A little pricey in general, but with that being said, I believe we got more for our our money compared to other hotels in the same area that were even more expensive than Ironworks. Public parking was 30 dollars a day, instead of 45 dollars a day at the other hotels. Ironworks coffeehouse coffee was delicious. The location from the...

“The suit was perfect for our trip, very clean and equipped with most everything we needed. Great shampoo and conditioner, no body wash but we brought our own anyways. The only issue we had was the front entry door wouldn't let anyone in the building at one point. It was handled quickly by the property manager, they were quick to answer the calls and responded promptly. We had no issues with our suit room entry. Great location near the French Quarter; it smelled like garbage outside the building...

“We chose the original Roami property because of its proximity to the convention center where my wife was attending a conference. Location was a material factor in our booking, made 5 months in advance. On check-in day, while I was traveling during a flight layover, Roami informed me of a maintenance issue with our unit and offered another property. I asked about a closer option and was told this was the nearest and only available alternative. With limited time to research, we accepted in good...

“The location was very clean, the host had great communication, this location was close to all the major attractions. I really enjoyed my stay.”

“Fine for what it is.”

“Very nice apt”

“L'appartamento è stupendo, arredato con buon gusto e spazioso. La zona non è bellissima, ma comoda per raggiungere gli stadi e abbastanza vicina al centro. ”

“Our stay was absolutely magnificent! I consider myself quite particular when it comes to accommodations, and this property exceeded my expectations. It was immaculate from top to bottom, with exceptional cleanliness, security, and privacy; all of which were especially appreciated while traveling for a work conference. The entire experience was outstanding, and I will absolutely be staying here again!”

“Excellent location. Spacious apartment. Good secure building.”
