Hotel con piscina a Nord

“It was definitely a nice stay, nothing really to complain about. Stayed there for 3 nights and it was clean and comfortable. Complimentary water bottle everyday and it’s in a perfect area for food and shops, literally walking distance.”

“The staff was fine but completely overworked and underpaid. When we arrived at 10:45 PM at night there wasn't anyone at the front desk for about 15 minutes. Then a man came in who was sweating from apparently cleaning rooms. We were told our room wasn't ready yet! Check- in was at 3 PM, and it was 10:45 PM! So, we had to wait some more for bed linens to be put on. I can't even go into more details, but suffice it to say this did not seem to be the staff's fault. They were understaffed. I would...

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”
