“The front desk staff was very polite and enthusiastic, providing us with attentive and thoughtful service. This hotel offers excellent value for money, and he even arranged an extra room for the three of us.”

“La camera era spaziosa e pulita, il personale alla reception gentile, ma il sito pubblicizzava una piscina che ora è un bel prato. Avevo scelto questa struttura perché mie figlie volevano divertirsi in piscina, invece non c'è niente da un bel po' di tempo ma le foto e le indicazioni dei servizi continuano a mostrare "piscina all'aperto".”

“hair on bathroom floor, comforter seemed ancient, room in poor condition, no bottled water in the room, desk broken.”

“The front staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean. However, the last night the smoke detector was chirping. we were advised to take it down and take the battery out. If we needed help to hit zero on the phone. The problem is there was not a phone in the room however we did take the battery out. The property was quiet and clean, and we felt safe.”

“Fastest and easiest check in ever. Room was very tidy and felt clean. Great value! Will stay again. ”

“Bathroom was roomy and neat. However felt so unsafe with stomping upstairs and screaming from women likely being abused. Area felt like a zone for prostitution. Door had space in the bottom which allowed dirt from outside to blow into the room. Heavy scented smoking pervasive in bedroom. Sticker behind door warns to lock both bolts to ensure safety. This is not a place for any children.”

“Easy parking and access to the hotel. Recommend encouraging the staff to say a simple hello or good morning. It would reflect well on customer service. It is apparent that the hotel is under new management or there is a new general manager who has a focus on customer service.”

“Housekeeping banging on the door at 8am asking if I was checking out? Why would anyone bang asking those questions when front desk should know each room extending or checking out. Very unprofessional and if I had been sleeping would she had just came in since she had her key out. Told front desk as I was leaving. ”

“Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly. Overall very pleased with our stay. ”

“The toilet was stopped up the shower curtain was on the floor. I told the guy at reception and he said that he was gonna get me to come up there then he called and said no one was answering. Then I told the lady at the recession desk the next morning very disappointed.”

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“Clean and modern. Safe area. Close to restaurants and shops. Convenient drive to downtown. Only annoyance was one of the two elevators being out of service. ”

“I made my reservation for Woodspring Suites months in advance, but 10 minutes before I got there (9PM), they cancelled my reservation to give to someone else when all the hotels in the area were full due to a convention, meaning I had to hunt for an extended period of time to find a replacement. Very much not happy about them not honoring my reservation. Also, I have to wonder about safety on the property, as all entrances to the lobby are locked 24/7.”

“Very dirty carpet. Microwave had food from previous people. Beds had chocolate stains from previous ppl. Breakfast and coffee were just ok. ”

“Beware the restaurant and bar are no longer there, the free breakfast was pretty bad. Not much to choose from. Construction going on in the lobby and gym area. ”
