“The location was great. The room is very small, there were only 4 small towels for a family of 4 for a week. We actually purchased towels, and left them there. There also were no pool towels. The pool area was good. The location and cleanliness are the strengths.”

“This property was nice. Check in process was a little worrisome, as the owner text me the information for check in a little after 4pm (check in). The room was clean, room is small. Fitness center opens at 7am. Can not get a work out earlier than that. Breakfast spot in the lobby takes a long time to serve food and coffee. Parking is free however can be far if you don’t get a close spot. Otherwise perfect for the price and good for a small family of 3 no more than 4. Close to Universal! ”

“I was there for an extended weekend with my bf for a relaxing getaway. There was a small mixup that I didn't bring up so I guess that was on me. I booked a suite with one king bed and a sitting area but was given a 2 king bed room instead. Not sure if they ran out of what we booked but considering it's just for sleeping, didn't really make a big deal out of it. But besides that, everything was great. Especially the pool area. Only got enough time to use it for a small portion of the day but it...

“Although the hotel was beautiful, the only issue I had was when I booked it. I didn’t realize there were two resorts, Kadani and Jambo. I attempted to surprise my daughter and my grandchildren but when I booked it, I was not given the option of the two hotels and my daughter was staying at Jambo. If I knew there were two resorts I would’ve booked Jambo otherwise the hotel is really beautiful.”
