“The staff was fantastic! Our room was not ready and we were surprisingly upgraded to an incredible suite! Everything about the room was amazing: the view, short walk to the rooftop bar, and the balcony!!! I cannot imagine a better room for a week in Traverse City. The only negative was it was surprisingly dirty. Considering the view, the windows really needed to be cleaned and the dust build up on the molding and carpet was disappointing. “We enjoyed our time there. It was the first time going to the hotel restaurant, the views were beautiful, and the sunset was spectacular! One complaint is the bed could have been softer but that is just my preference. I still slept just fine. I can't wait for a stay int he summer! staff was very friendly and accommodating. ”
