“We booked through Expedia and paid an increased rate for a room with a couch and kitchenette. When we checked in, we actually got a worse room than the basic king room. No pullout couch, no chair, no kitchenette (only a fridge), no microwave, stove, etc. We got put in a handicap room with a small shower with a fabric shower curtain (instead of the large glass shower). The staff informed us they were sold out, no other rooms available. The hotel blames Expedia, Expedia blames the hotel. I’m not...

“Kind of what I expected. Very bare bones. Was a place to sleep that didn’t cost an arm and a leg for a short visit. Appreciated the little gym. Didn’t appreciate zero plates or silverware that didn’t cost $40. You are very close to a lot of places. ”
