“There were no amenities. There were one towel per person. No wash cloths, no hand towels, one kitchen towel. The geat didn't work - repairman said it was installed incorrectly. We could not access the pool or gym. We would not stay here again.”

“Charming downtown apartment is exactly what this place is. 5 minutes from the baseball park and 15 minutes from the Pheonix zoo. Super clean and super friendly. I can be a tough customer when it comes to travel I loved my stay here. Thank you Expedia.”

“I won’t stay again…The check in process was insane, I had completed the online check in, paid the cleaning fee, the security deposit etc. Waited on site for the code to access the property. Since nobody was responding and it was nearly 4pm, I rang the Ring doorbell to see if I could communicate through that with Vince. When a property says “contactless entry” imagine my surprise as a random guy opens the door! Then he motions me to come in, I’m like what yeah no, I’m good. I went back to my car...

“Excellent location. Walkable to several restaurants and shopping. Easy access and easy parking. Nice layout and prompt reply to questions we had about the unit. We used the gym and it was a nice bonus. Having a washer and dryer came in handy after hiking camelback mountain and the utv excursion. Clean place with all the thinfs we needed/wanted. ”
