“Needed this room in a pinch since it had a kitchen in it for a Thanksgiving stay. For 2 people, the room is perfectly sized. Conveniently located next to the elevators (which was perfect for my disabled wife) and they accept service animals along with a nice dog relief area located just outside the main lobby entrance which was very nice. “The location was ideal. Apartment layout was fine for our 17-day stay. Floors were dirty and toilets not well cleaned. We immediately saw that the bath faucet was missing a its handle (how could this be missed during cleaning?) and the kitchen lacked coffee pot and sufficient dishes and silverware. We reported this and they were provided the next day. However, on the second day the kitchen faucet gave out. We messaged every day and only got what appeared to be AI responses, but no resolution....
