“Avevamo prenotato e pagato due notti in questo albergo, siamo arrivati con un giorno di anticipo chiedendo una camera e ci è stata negata.La Signorina al check in non ci ha minimamente aiutati a trovare una stanza per la notte.Abbiamo dovuto fare da soli trovando la camera in un Coutyard by Marriott dove poi ci siamo fermati anche per le sere seguenti perdendo quanto pagato allo Sheraton.”

“My husband and I took a short trip here and took advantage of the spa, many pools, and delicious dining options. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable! The location was beautiful, with hiking trail access adjacent to the hotel. 10/10 will be back!”

Our initial room had an issue and the AC went out on the area, they put us in a better room (same room, just a better view and it was in the main tower on the top floor) and refunded us $200! This was after they had already gave us $200 resort credit! Best vacation we've ever experienced, EVER!!! We'll definitely be back... ”
