“The hotel is very nice, modern and clean to be sure. The breakfast room was adquate. The eggs were less than desireable, but common for a hotel breakfast room. The staff that I experienced (Barbara) was incredibly nice and friendly! I would stay again but I would ask for a more interior room to avoid some of the freeway noise. All in all, a decent stay.”

“Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails...

“I booked my stay months in advance and within that time, I got two French bulldog puppies. I was able to bring them both! It was very convenient to have a potty area for dogs outside with bags. Staff was great and the 2 bedroom suite was very spacious. You can bring your cats as well.”

“The room is outdated with popcorn ceilings and smells like cigarette. The front desk was friendly. I did not have breakfast there . For $185 per night I was expecting a newer facility . ”

“Breakfast is not included and costing $17.99 per person. That’s too much. Also, blankets and bed had some strain’s like used one. Ok to stay for just overnight. ”
