Especially two that stood out Bill at the front reception desk who was personable, funny, attentive & bent over backwards to accommodate! Also Latasha who was very sweet & made sure we were taken care of! “the executive suites are fantastic! Very large and spacious!! Bed was comfortable. Shower head pressure not the greatest but every other amenity was perfect. The Spa is the best!!! Food options are very tasty & plentiful at Alexandria's. Customer service was good throughout the hotel but the early morning staff who work the front desk should do better at greeting customers. ”

“If your into clean new and nice this is your place - and the bed is also fantastic- if your a coffee lover , they do a morning coffee at the bar and they charge- so NO free breakfast but a nice cup of joe is available- I would always GO BACK it was just so very clean and nice ”
