“My Husband and I LOVED our stay at Loews in KC. We had immaculate customer service from everyone in the place that we talked to especially the front desk workers. They made us feel welcome, made sure we had everything we needed everyday they'd check in and even sent a little goodbye text that's "live" and actual people you text. We both agreed we will forsure be staying here again with our next visit. Thank you Loews and thank you KC for the welcoming stay. -Mr. And Mrs. Richards.”

“Upon entering, room smelled like stale smoke, front desk staff did offer to spray room and some other procedure I don’t remember name of that would require me to leave the room. I declined and used small spray that I had. I’ve had better breakfast at other homewood suites. Overall stay was good and I felt safe. Front desk staff were great. If possible take food to prepare in nice kitchenette.”

“So, they initially put us up in their annex which was really not so pleasant. They most kindly changed our room into the main hotel and that was wonderful - I do find it odd though that after all this time they still do not have an elevator. If you can't handle the stairs, this is no place for you! Still, the folks were most kind, and they even helped us take our bags up and down the stairs. But they really do need to get the elevator up - 6 floors man! ”
