“i had checked in late at night the attendant Kay was very rude the room had bed stains and the heater did not work . the tv also did not work. we were offered to change rooms we changed rooms me and my children were very uncomfortable and itchy my child started to break out i went back down stairs for a refund for my next days and kay rolled her eyes gave me attitude i felt very offended especially since i was the only african american in the office her boyfriend was there and she was even rude...
