“The room was decent, and the staff was excellent. The check-in staff had all the documents ready, so it took me only two minutes to get my room key. Parking was super convenient and very close to the hotel. The lady in the breakfast room even made a fresh batch of hash browns when the kids asked for them. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations, especially compared with other hotels in the same price range.”

“It looked like a fairly new property, unfortunately it seems like they’re not maintaining to keep that fresh and new look, and that was the good part. The customer service was appallingly bad. Check in time was supposed to be 3:00pm, we arrived at 5:00pm yet are room still wasn’t ready, the front desk clerk kept telling us how they’re housekeeping is short staffed. (Not our problem) He told us that it would be ready by 5:30, that’s two and half hours after their 3:00pm check in time. He offered...

“The property was recently renovated. The aesthetic is fun and comfortable. Outdoor amenities were great - the kids played pickleball and swam. It was rainy off and on the weekend we stayed, and it s med challenging to control the humidity in the rooms. Storage is limited for any longer stays. Overall we liked it and would stay again.”
