“I would recommend this resort to anyone who is looking to have a beautiful, relaxing, getaway with fantastic cuisine and exceptional service. From the moment we walked in, to the second we left, we felt pampered beyond what I could have asked for! Absolutely recommend having a butler - Rodrigo was a delight. The rooms are gorgeous and the pools are so nice too! Love that it felt like a boutique resort; not needing to walk miles in the heat to get where we wanted to the main part of the facility...

“Secret Riviera was such a relaxing resort. The staff and grounds were second to none. Staff inside and outside the resort was excellent and truly improved our stay. The food at the restaurants was better than expected. The only negative was the after traveling with a family group of 8, it was near impossible to get seating together at any of the restaurants. With that said we will keep Secrets Riviera on our Mexico list.”

“My wife, my three kids, and I were extremely disappointed with our stay at Puerto Morelos Resort in Cancun. The food was consistently poor and lacked quality and variety. Several bartenders and servers provided terrible service and seemed uninterested in helping guests. One of the biggest disappointments was the beach situation. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great.
