Hotel per fare shopping a Pennsylania centro-meridionale

“Personale svogliato. Solo al check-in con due operatori ho atteso 20 minuti perchè Lei doveva “sistemare delle carte” e lui non era disponibile. Alla colazione, 15 minuti di attesa per sedersi, entriamo e la sala era quasi vuota. Ho chiesto da bere, me ne sono andato a prendere in cucina. Ho chiesto del latte caldo per i bambini, sono andato a scaldarlo al microonde vicino alla reception. Tutto questo per la modica cifra di 17 $ a persona. Vergognosi. ”

“property needs a good cleaning on outside- windows have cobwebs, spiders, wasps.... outside of building and walkways look dirty, dusty. room itself was in good condition and clean. we were impressed by the size of the 2 queen suite we booked. definitely feels like a convention center. downside is when we arrived free cookies were already gone, although we did get some upon checkout. front desk staff did look unkempt with stained shirt. new staff starting did not have uniform yet.
