“Location was wonderful, walking distance mayor restaurants and fast food.”

“I'd never stayed in a setup like this but I found it worked well for my needs! It was less chaotic and offered more space and amenities than a traditional hotel. It was a nice central location in Ann Arbor but was nice and quiet. Anyone coming town for a Michigan game or other campus event would probably be comfortable here.”

“Fan in the room kept us up all night making noise like it needed to be repaired. The "breakfast" was not a breakfast at all! Simply a cellophane wrapped tiny muffin and coffee.”

We get up to the room and find the AC is not working in the room with the king size bed, went to the desk and the worker ‘Max’ told us “oh yea, that doesn’t work. You can leave the door open to keep the air circulating.” We asked why this wasn’t disclaimed online or even upon check in, with no logical answer. “A simple hotel with good beds & everything working & pleasant. Clean & well run; prompt housekeeping (touch ups each morning). Great staff who were friendly and helpful with our large family group occupying 8 rooms. A short walk (without crossing roads) to eating spots, nail salon, & a nice grocery store in the same complex.”
