“Clean room but the closet smelt like mildew. The staff was friendly. Pretty beach and enjoy the amenities. Dinner was hard for us. We had a large party (12) and it was very hard to get a dinner reservation before 9:00 so we could sit together. A buffet dinner would have been nice. Overall, great experience. “We stayed in one of the rooms with a plunge pool. It was fantastic! We had a great view of the beach and ocean. The bed was comfy and the room was well situated. The hotel is located right on Playa Norte across from another resort. The ocean is so blue and beautiful and there were a lot of fish that would swim near you. The staff was very professional and friendly, especially Alexander. We would definitely stay here again.”
