“Room was very clean and staff were helpful.”

“Hello, I paid on Expedia with a different form of payment and then was charged also at your desk. This was not just a hold it was a charge for the room. I was double charged.”

“This property is an excellent value for the cost, and right across the highway from King's Island! We just needed a clean place to sleep, and I was impressed by the generously sized fridge and the microwave in the room. While the property is not new by any stretch, our room was clean and so was the rest of the property. If your room faces the highway, the traffic is loud. I use special sleeping era buds, so it didn't matter to me, but if traffic noise bothers you, ask for a west facing room.”

“Exceptional property. Clean, beds and pillows were comfortable, staff was very helpful, great breakfast and close to restaurants and casino.”

“The gym has equipment but it doesn’t work and the pool is murky and the paint is peeling off the bottom of the pool and on the top of the edge of the pool has so much mildew that people actually sign their names on it . The room had hair left in the shower and the hot tub that was in the room wasn’t cleaned in a long time”

“Love love love the breakfast buffet and evening kickback small plates, had no idea they did that and it was a nice surprise. Enough for a small dinner! Also adults received 3 free drinks a night and they have a standard sized soda dispenser! I do feel they should extend hot tub hours, open it around 7am and close at 11:30-midnight as many who stay here are doing sports events or hitting up Kings Island. Was disappointed we couldn’t use the hot tub after a long park day since it was open same as...

“We’ve stayed at this property several times when visiting family. The staff is always helpful, the public areas are clean, and our room is always top notch. The hotel is close to I75 and several nice restaurants.”

“Nice water pressure. The only bad thing it doesn't have elevators. It's got two levels, but no elevator. The staff was nice enough to give us the bottom floor because it would be hard to climb stairs for me.”

“Glad I stayed here through a tornado warning. Nice old hotel with lots of original features. The lack of a front desk person and the inability to use the elevator (though I did not try since prior reviews said it had to be operated by one of them) dinged this hotel. I had no trouble parking, but I arrived late and left early.”

“My TV wasn’t working when I arrived but the staff did a great job of changing it out. The property was fine, just a lot of construction. Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful.”
