“The bed height was too high for an accessible room. A person in wheelchair cannot independently get into the bed if it is higher than the average bum height. Please slightly lower the bed height.”

“We got to this hotel and I had reserved a king size suite with kitchenette. When we got to our room it was 2 queen sized beds. The front desk told us there is a glitch and when it comes through to them it shows “2Q” or something and not the correct room. They didn’t have the correct room available to provide me unfortunately so we didn’t even stay and are supposed to be getting a refund. Very disappointing.”

“Out dated room but the bed was comfy. Came with a mini fridge which was nice. Parking was $30 overnight at a nearby parkade but you could probably find street parking near by. We did not eat breakfast or at the restaurant. Average price for the city, good location.”

“My family rented multiple rooms to celebrate my Mother’s 80th birthday. When we arrived she was delighted to see that the staff treated her to some bubbles and chocolate! It is the little things that make someone want to return to that hotel. Well done and thank you!!!”
