“Fenomenal”

“We spent a week here (family of 4 with 2 adult children). It was the most relaxing resort stay of my life and I can't say enough about the staff, location and smooth operation of the entire business! Our 2 rooms (one with ocean view) exceeded our expectations, as did the cleanliness, food and attentive but not overbearing service. The all-inclusive package was well worth it for us and the food was fresh, healthy and delicious. The 2 Mexican banquet buffets were fun with games and live...

“Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. ”

Si entra in una grande stanza spazialmente suddivisa tra la zona cucina (ben organizzata con frigo/congelatore, forno microonde -che non abbiamo saputo far funzionare-, macchina per il caffè ecc. un tavolo per i pasti; e la zona relax, con televisione, tavolino basso e tre divani -un po' datati- (uno sembrava utilizzabile per divano letto). “Très bien situé, par contre bruyant la nuit mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hébergement. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour.”

“Nothing went well.. it's a great idea not well developed. The place is on the beachfront, and thats amazing. On the other hand, the place has been not very well maintained. Low rating because of several problems we had due to scarcity of maintenance amd misconduct on how to present the facility.”

“Accommodations are very clean, great location, staff are very friendly and helpful. This Accommodation would be great for short term guests but falls very short on long term guests. I was booked for 7 weeks but was expected to go that long without fresh sheets and towels unless I was willing to pay for them. When I wanted to send my linens to Rush Laundry for much less than what they wanted to charge me, I was told that I couldn't send their property out...on the original booking it stated that...

“Spent seven days at Dreams with my daughters & a friend. The rooms were always clean, the food was excellent, loved the nightly entertainment & the staff were very friendly. It was unfortunate that the beaches were full of seaweed & unpleasant to walk on. I would recommend that some rules be posted regarding reserving chairs. There appeared to be unnecessary drama on several occasions. Overall, I would highly recommend Dreams Sapphire!”

“It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. ”
