“The room was not that clean when we arrived as there was kaakaa on the toilet seat. The staff spoke poor English. There was some exceptional service people at poolside only. The manager was arrogant and rude. The pools could have music but other than that, it was nice. The maintenance people were fast. “We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...
