“Checked in room around 6pm. Left for dinner. Upon return the door would not unlock. Went to desk and told the gentleman. He made a new key card which didn't work (the lock was flashing red all this time indicating something the hotel should understand). He then came to the door and tried. Did not work. He calls his manager and then tells me it will be 8am in the morning before they can unlock the door. My clothes, laptop, and medications for an upcoming eye surgery are in the room. He gets his...
