“The resort has surveillance cameras installed outside guest room doors that emit a bright flash at night. There are also cameras positioned overlooking the jacuzzi, pool, and rest areas. This setup was unexpected and made the environment feel uncomfortable, which affected our overall sense of privacy during the stay.”

“We had a late check in at 5pm there was a line out the door so we decided to have dinner and come back to check in later. We came back at 8pm and the line looked the same by the time that we checked in. It was a whole hour waiting in line. I was told that we were going to get comped the resort fee of $75 and I just saw that I was charged the $75 resort fee.”
