“This was the perfect get away for nothing but R & R! This home is nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains secluded from the world. The only neighbors that you have is the deer family that graze in the field & on the crabapple tree, bunnies hopping across the yard, butterflies frolicking in the air & the hummingbirds stopping by to take a drink from their feeder on the front porch. “This was an excellent place for on overnight stay near Staunton. The cottage was neat and efficiently laid out, and the free ranging chickens were a delight. Far enough away from downtown Staunton that you felt like you were in the country but close enough to get to the theater in less than ten minutes.”

“First, the house was well equipped and very nicely appointed. It is a very comfortable house to kick back in. Communication from the owners was exceptionally clear and they went out of their way to answer question I had.Second, location is great. Its on the road to Blue Ridge tunnel and it's a quick hike to the entrance. It's also a stone's throw from 151 and all its vineyards and breweries. Highly recommend....”

“What a cute, quirky, cottage. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Best of all was the clean and working jacuzzi! After an Appalachian trail hike, soaking in the backyard hit the spot. I highly recommend this stay. ”

“we visited Waynesboro to see my brother and sister-in-law after their recent move from the Northeast. The house was extremely welcoming and very clean. The first floor bedroom was a perfect fit for my 97 year old father. The beds were comfortable and the table was large enough for a family meal. Backyard was also a bonus! Great spot and close to all activities.”

“We only spent one night. Plenty of room the shower was kind of small, but it served our purpose.”

“Very quiet and quaint. Great outdoor screened in are would have been perfect if it were a bit cooler. We did go out one evening ”

“House was perfect for a weekend of skiing. You’re able to walk to the resort from the house which was a huge plus since it was a packed weekend. Overall great stay! ”
