“Room was clean, location, staff and parking great, breakfast good, ”

“No one at desk for 15 minutes. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Toilet was really dirty. Handle was broken. Walls were dirty. Elevator was really slow. ”

“Too many fire alarms. My 5 year old thought there would be a fire in the night.”

“Staff was nice. BUT…. when we went to the room we were very disappointed, was dirty, floors, bathroom etc.. Bed covers has cigarette burns, it was so dirty on the side of the mattress:( lamp was missing a lightbulb. I saw Wyndham on website, and assume it was a ok, but it’s nothing like the pictures. Didn’t leave because I had no where else to stay and didn’t want to fight over a refund. I don’t recommend, Needs a lot of upgrades.”

“The property was clean, convenient to I95, and close to a few restaurants. The staff was helpful and friendly. My wife and I both thought the breakfast was better than average with good variety and reasonable freshness. ”

“We chose this hotel due to its proximity to relatives we were visiting. The staff was competent, our room quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was good (albeit lacking in healthy options). One hassle worth noting was one of the two elevators for the 8-story hotel was non-functional during our three night stay. This proved to be a major inconvenience at during the morning hours when guests were trying to get to breakfast, return from breakfast, and/or leave. Wait time for an elevator was ten...

“It was fine, the staff was courteous. The rooms were just ok with lots lacking in comfort - sinks were clogged, shower made a weird squealing noise and beds/bedding were ok. Nothing terrible at all, just overall a mid grade hotel. The staff was quick to change our room when we discovered the pull out mattress was missing , despite being a very busy check in night. The lady in charge of breakfast was a delight though. ”

“They did not have breakfast, they had cereal, bread for toast and some juice type drinks. The room was clean luckily but exterior (including doors to rooms) was in very poor condition. ”
