“It was okay.”

“The property is about 2 miles west of the dock up in the hills. The property was gorgeous and had a lot to do. There was corn hole, large connect 4, firepits, soccer, apple orchard, and a grotto. We didn’t use the shuttle, but it was nice to have it available. The room was another story. It was adequate mainly because the pull out couch was not useable. The mattress was so thin and the end was broken. Loved having a fridge and microwave. Overall, nice place to stay with a good view.”

“Beautiful property, both inside and out. We understand it was recently renovated and it is very pretty. Sally (from Texas) greeted us upon arrival and departure, and provided exceptional customer service during our stay. She is delightful and represents the property so well. Breakfast was delicious each morning, and we also rented bikes during our stay. This was a girls trip - 5 women, and we all agree that we would stay here again. Thanks for a great time!”

“Front desk staff at both check-in and checkout were personable and professional. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was so comfortable, and the linens were lovely and smelled so fresh. the breakfast area was clean, well stocked, and offered many options for even the pickiest of appetites. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again if i were in the area.”

“Our stay at Clearwater Lakeshore Motel was absolutely excellent! Everything from the front desk service to receiving a really clean, spotless, first rate rooms that got upgraded to the complimentary breakfast and beautiful views of the lakeside made it all the worth the while. I invite all weary travelers to Mackinaw City and Mackinaw Island to stay here as your first choice. The pictures do not do enough justice. My family loved their stay and we are definitely booking again early next time...
