“Evening check in person seemed annoyed she had to get off her phone to check us in, she was rude, we could definitely tell she didn't want to be there and that we were an inconvenience to her. Player's club staff also acted inconvenienced to assist us. No one seemed happy to be there. Room hallways were under remodel with wet paint signs and long nails sticking out of trim. Hotel definitely needs some updating.”

“We got there before a blizzard started didn't know but staff and other people helped us we drove 6 hours to see family this place accommodated everything we asked for it doesn't matter what bad reviews they get I feel they are the best place when it comes to needing a place to stay the employees are the best ”
