“I will stay there again”

“Ho trovato una sigaretta all'interno della camera e ho chiesto di pulire la camera. Al ritorno mi sono accorto che era tutto come avevo lasciato e la sigaretta ancora li. Mi sono lamentato e non sobo stati nemmeno cortesi. Aveva qualcosa di positivo ma tutto cio mi ha deluso. Negativo ”

“The tv was a little messed up ...but wasn't there to watch tv...chair in room had a funny smell...but overall the staff was great pool was nice and it was a lovely stay”

“Easy check in and comfortable room. Looked clean, but found a dirty wet towel caught up in the shower curtain. We were traveling with a cooler, but had no way to re-freeze our ice pack (fridge, no freezer), and the ice machine was out of order.”

“It was close to the train station (walking distance) and featured overnight parking (for a fee) while we took a 4 day trip. It's under renovation which means a lot of noise, our room key didn't work when we came in late and had to go to the dest 3 times to figure it out. Pool was unavailable and breakfast minimal.”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent customer service. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone...
