“Ho trovato una sigaretta all'interno della camera e ho chiesto di pulire la camera. Al ritorno mi sono accorto che era tutto come avevo lasciato e la sigaretta ancora li. Mi sono lamentato e non sobo stati nemmeno cortesi. Aveva qualcosa di positivo ma tutto cio mi ha deluso. Negativo ”

“Was unable to take a shower. No hot water and shower handle broke in my hand. Tried to call the front desk for help but it was less than an hour before checking out. Pool wasn’t working.”

“I booked a stay at the Vagabond last year because there was a concert and nothing else was available. I was surprised - it was an updated room that was clean with friendly staff. The breakfast was good too. So I rebooked this year for a conference. I arrived. I waited in the lobby for about 10 minutes before any staff came in to check me in. I was given a room that might have been cleaned. I noticed shoe marks on the on the floor in the bathroom, some "cream" on the shower walls, and...
