“Had my room cancelled before I arrived at the property. They said they tried calling, but I had zero missed calls. Became aggressive when I asked “why?” and then blamed my credit card. Save your sanity, stay away from this hotel.”

“We asked for a room close to our friends room. They said it’s on the right side of the building. We said it’s okay but he didn’t mention it was going to be on close to highway which cause continuous noise problem during your stay. The room was smelly too.”

We didn't have to move our vehicle once during the entire 3-day stay. The beach, restaurants, shops, and local attractions were all conveniently nearby. “Hotel was great, the 2nd pool and jacuzzi were bit dirty disappointment there - the room was great - the balcony couldn’t enjoy due to mosquitos - this is due to the lake - there a lot stuff to do on this resort- I was ok with this resort”
