“I was very disappointed with our stay. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia, which was very misleading. Our room key only worked about half the time, causing constant issues when trying to get into our room. We had three women staying in the room, so we needed extra towels, shampoo, and conditioner. When we requested more, we were told we needed to bring the empty shampoo and conditioner bottles to the front desk before receiving replacements. I have never been asked to do that...

“I want to start by stating the staff was amazing here, but, the property was extremely dirty & very run down. The room was somewhat remodeled but was previously smoked in for years and you cant erase that smell. Since the hallways and other property locations were so dirty, i questioned the cleaniness of the bedding, i slept in my clothes bc i just felt it was dirty.
