“Lobby reception was amazing. When one of our guests needed a disposable razor, the receptionist came all the way up to our room to deliver a razor and shaving cream. Room service for cleaning was on-and-off: they left a “we honored your no-privacy sign” card on our door and did not clean our room despite us not leaving a no-privacy sign on.”

From the outside this appears like any other highway motel with no-frills architecture and a good view of the interstate. “The room smelled like bug spray, there was mouse poo on one of the beds, there was old food behind the night stand, there were no hangers, no batman, no hand towel, the toilet was gross, the tub had so much hair in it I could have made a wig and under the sink had used kleenex's, some other junk and best of all.. someone else's hat, last but not least the bathroom counter was broken, not just cracked...broken which they attempted to cover up by putting our stained bath towels on.
