“We always stay at the Cheshire on our cross-country road trips. It's perfect for families and it's pet friendly. We like that it's clean, has character ( the rooms are named after different authors), and has good food options. The breakfast is healthy with fresh fruit options. But most of all, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I left clothing behind on one of our trips recently and they went out of their way to look for it and mail it to me! "All’arrivo il check in è stato sbrigativo, la persona alla reception ci ha chiesto il documento a gesti e fatto la chiave della camera senza nemmeno salutarci nè spiegarci i servizi dell’hotel. La camera era un po’ rumorosa (verso l’esterno), ma tutto sommato confortevole, peccato che nel bagno mancavassero gli asciugamani per entrambi e sul pavimento abbiamo trovato capelli e altro sporco. Per riassumere: la struttura offrirebbe molto, ma il personale non la valorizza adeguatamente nei confronti degli ospiti."
