Hotel a Sibley

“Non-smoking Room smelled like smoke. Had to agree to pay 350 room cleaning agreement to clean room if smoked in room. I don’t think they use the money to clean the room. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, had to go to front desk to get some. The breakfast was complimentary and eatable but not worth any extra money. Staff was friendly no issues with check in or checkout. Plenty of parking and great location from the Royals stadium. ”

“Clean economical place to stay. We spent 1 night while traveling. The breakfast was decent and enjoyable. Some fresh fruit was have been nice. Would stay again if traveling through the area.”

“Breakfast had a good selection, average quality. I wish the bar would have been opened earlier. We were going to a baseball game and would have enjoyed a pregame cocktail. Room was ok, bed was not comfortable. There was only one hook for towels. If you use towel rack provided your towel would touch the ground. ”

“Gross! There was something splattered on the walls. The dresser had crumbs and a drink ring from the last guest. Covers were missing on the bathroom fan/light. An electrical outlet was coming out of the wall. The hall carpets were dingy. "Not so quality, Quality Inn"!”

“Room was clean. Getting food was hectic, but we had never been there before so we didn't know what to expect and didn't check in early enough or think to reserve anything. We went for a show and it was fantastic.”

“Parking is a lil tight in the alley if you drive a truck/suv, but the street right out front offers easy/free parallel parking! 10/10 would come back.”

“A breakfast came with our stay, which included scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, waffles fruit, oatmeal, cereal, etc that the staff maintained constantly. The food was fresh and good. From the front desk to the restaurants and housekeeping the staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Felt discriminated against as soon as I walked in. Had to pay 100.00 cash for deposit on room beside the amount I paid through expedia. They wouldnt take my credit card for the deposit. Then somehow I still had a 20ish debit against my card after the fact. Room was hot and never cooled down strong smell inside room.”

“Very clean comfy room and great location. The area is safe and lots of shopping and dining options nearby. Staff were friendly and attentive. They even got me checked in a little early. Thanks! I’ll be coming back next time I’m in town. ”

“Desk was friendly, however food on floor in lobby that only need swept, was there over night. Room was clean. Typed Sign saying no food in room, is that comfort policy? They do not want to clean.”

“To begin with there is a $100 desposit when you first show up. this is very unusual but okay. not sure what thats for considering all the issues we had. there was no hot water. called front desk and they did get it fixed the next day. the first night the power went out in the room for about 5-10 minutes not sure why. the ice machine was out of order. the hallways smelled like weed. not exactly their fault but there was no fridge or microwave in the room (on me i guess i should have made...
