“I would like to file a complaint regarding this reservation! The hotel was extremely dirty! The room was absolutely disgusting. The toilet seat was broken. The sink was broken. The carpet was dirty and full of hair! The walls were dirty—smeared with food, I think! The microwave was filthy; it even had spoons left inside. “A hidden gem. Beautiful, clean rooms, fluffy clean sheets, new towels, hard wood floors, we also got a private balcony. A speaker in the room is a nice touch, the staff was nice. Front desk doesn't answer the phone sometimes if they're busy but they call right back. Would stay here again! ”

“We got to the property, check in was easy. Room looked clean at first, but as we walked in there was dirt & mud on the floor. I did not feel comfortable walking on the floor without shoes. Beds also looked clean but the pillows had black stuff on them. I had to use my shirt as a pillow case. Found 3 cockroaches crawling by the beds. Sink water was piping hot, could not use the sink long. As much as I wish I could say something good about staying here over the weekend. At least the staff was...
